Mr Chaib , Mrs Hamlaoui discuss role of national diaspora’s associations in strengthening ties to homeland

The Secretary of State to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, in charge of the National Community Abroad, Sofiane Chaib, reviewed on Sunday with the president of the National Observatory of Civil Society (ONSC), Ibtissem Hamlaoui, the role played by association actors of the national community abroad in strengthening ties of belonging to the homeland.

During the meeting, the two parties examined various issues regarding role played by association actors of the national community abroad in strengthening ties of belonging to the homeland and in building permanent communication bridges.

In this respect, Mr Chaib commended the cooperation between the ministry and ONSC, highlighting the importance of further strengthening it for the best interests of the national community abroad and its associative movement.
